Premium Artificial Grass Services

Project Overview
Lutheran Central in Brownstown, Indiana wanted 765 square feet of playground surface replaced. Small install, but the same specification concerns apply: fall attenuation, drainage, and a finish that will still look intentional five years in. The natural grass they had was uneven and pretty worn out.
Our Approach
For a play area this size, the temptation is to skip the deeper base prep. Do not. Compaction and drainage are what determine whether the surface stays flat and safe under continuous use, and cutting corners on a small install shows up as fast as it would on a big one. We used the same playground grass installation process we would on a much larger project, sized appropriately for 765 square feet. If you want to see how the same specs play out at scale, the Huntington Elementary install is a good comparison.
Key Highlights
The surface delivers reliable cushioning, drains fast, and eliminates the mud-and-bare-spots cycle Lutheran Central was dealing with. For a small facility budget, the maintenance offset over a decade is meaningful. No seasonal turf work, no dust management during dry spells.
